Christina was born and raised right here in Sacramento, California. She has been in and out of the animal world since her mother owned a pet shop here in Carmichael when she was 12 years old. She started her career of working with animals and people in 1997 as a bather/groomer at PetSmart. In 1999, Christina took her first steps into the veterinary field working as a Client Service Coordinator. A small veterinary clinic inside PetSmart in Federal Way, Washington was where her love for veterinary medicine began. Since then she has been working and training off and on in the veterinary field doing everything from surgical assisting to nursing care. After all the different experiences in the field she has decided that she does best working with the parents and their furry children behind the reception desk.
